Oppo Reno 8 series is coming to India with 256 GB memory, leaked more information

Popular tech brand Oppo last month unveiled their Reno 8 smartphone series in the home market in China and is expected to launch the series in the Indian market this month. The upcoming lineup may include Oppo Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro. A recent tipster claims that the Oppo Reno 8 Pro + and Reno 8 Pro models, which debuted in China last month, will be rebranded in India as Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8, respectively.

Now again that tipster has revealed some key specifications of the Indian variant of the upcoming Oppo Reno 8.

Storage Configuration and Color Options of the Indian variant of the El Oppo Reno 8 publicly

Tipstar Pars Guglani has leaked the storage and color options of the Indian version of the upcoming Oppo Renault 7 on Twitter. According to his tweet, the device will come in India in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. The handset will also support 8 5G bands. Tipster also said that the Oppo Reno 7 will be available in Shimmer Black and Blue color options in this country.

According to a recent report, the Indian variant of the Oppo Renault 6 could be the first Indian phone powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile platform. The Renault 6 will have a 6.62-inch AMOLED display, which will offer a full HD + resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. Powered by the SDG71 processor, the Oppo Renault 6 will get a maximum of 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage.

For photography, the Oppo Reno 8 will have a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultraviolet lens and a 2-megapixel macro snapper on the back panel. The front will have a 32-megapixel front camera, and it will run on Android 12-based Color OS 12.1 (ColorOS 12.1) custom skin. For power backup, the Oppo Reno 8 may have a 4,500 mAh battery, which will support 80 watts of fast charging. And for security, it can also have side-mounted fingerprint sensors. The Oppo Reno 8 series is expected to be officially launched in India in mid-June.
